History of the Chappelle Gardens Neighbourhood

Located just South of Ellerslie Road, this community it butted up against the Whitemud River and touted as an Active Lifestyle Community. Developed by Brookfield Residential, the community is still undergoing construction, with lots still available for sale. The area is primarily comprised of single-family dwellings with six separate areas for multifamily housing.

If you purchase a home here, there is an Encumbrance registered with your title to ensure HOA dues are paid. This mandatory annual due goes toward funding the upkeep of the community.
